01 Warranty:
We offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty starting from the completion of commissioning. If any defects or faults are discovered during this period, we will promptly address and resolve the issue.
02 Installation & Maintenance:
At your request, we will send one or two engineers to your factory to assist with the installation and commissioning of the production line. The buyer is responsible for providing allowances, round-trip air tickets, accommodation, workers, and a translator. The installation and commissioning process typically takes around 1 month.
